Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to take full ownership of the recruitment function. The role includes hands-on hiring, professional leadership of a small recruitment team, and responsibility for driving hiring velocity and quality across the organization.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, implement innovative recruitment tools (including AI and automation), and continuously optimize sourcing strategies, workflows, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in high-tech recruitment, within corporate technology organizations
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a recruitment team
• Strong expertise across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and data analysis
• Ability to work at a high pace, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advantage for experience working with defense organizations or security clearance processes
