We’re hiring a full-time Software Engineer based in Israel to work closely with our hospital partners and internal product team. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, healthcare workflows, and AI.

You’ll build, deploy, and iterate on production systems used by clinicians, while collaborating directly with hospital IT, clinical staff, and security teams.

• Build and maintain production features across our stack (Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React)
• Work hands-on with hospital partners on integrations, deployments, and workflow customization
• Design and ship AI-driven features using modern LLMs, speech-to-text, and automation tools
• Debug real-world issues in live clinical environments and deliver pragmatic solutions
• Collaborate with product, clinical, and compliance teams to ensure reliability and safety
• Improve system performance, observability, and security in regulated healthcare settings
• Contribute to architectural decisions as we scale across health systems

• Backend: Ruby on Rails, Node.js
• Frontend: React
• Infrastructure: AWS (multi-region, production-grade)
• AI: LLMs, speech recognition, clinical NLP, prompt engineering, automation pipelines
• Standards: HIPAA, SOC 2, healthcare data privacy and security best practices

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Ruby and/or Node.js
• Solid frontend experience with React
• Experience shipping and maintaining production systems
• Comfortable working directly with customers (hospitals, IT teams, clinicians)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality
• Fluent in English (Hebrew a plus)
• Interest in AI, healthcare, and real-world impact

• Experience with healthcare systems, EHRs, or regulated environments
• Experience working with LLMs, speech-to-text, or AI workflows
• Familiarity with AWS, distributed systems, or security best practices
• Startup or fast-moving product experience
