SAP is seeking an experienced Project Principal Consultant to lead complex implementation and integration projects, drive customer success, and build long‑term strategic relationships.

Role Purpose

Lead the delivery and adoption of SAP and non‑SAP solutions by managing project timelines, deliverables, and customer satisfaction while serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle activities.
• Manage implementation, delivery, and customer acceptance.
• Oversee project governance and alignment across SAP, customers, and partners.
• Build strong executive‑level customer relationships.
• Monitor budgets, risks, timelines, and project outcomes.
• Manage escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support long‑term customer engagements as a strategic partner.

• Own delivery of high‑risk or high‑complexity projects.
• Provide expert guidance, define deliverables, and ensure business‑critical results.

Who You Are

• A seasoned project leader with deep experience in enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; PMI or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Skilled communicator who builds alignment and drives outcomes.
