Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Local Finance Controller Lead to support a global finance transformation program.

The role focuses on ensuring alignment between global finance design and local statutory and regulatory requirements, acting as the main finance point of contact for localization topics, and supporting testing and stabilization phases.

This position requires strong regulatory knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to bridge between global finance teams and local stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of local statutory and regulatory finance frameworks (revenue recognition, tax, compliance, AR)
• Proven ability to assess global fit-to-standard designs and identify statutory gaps
• Experience consolidating inputs from GTM Finance and other finance SMEs
• Familiarity with SAP and local finance systems
• Previous experience in finance transformation programs – advantage
