Global Technical Trainer #1313

RAD Data Communications is seeking a seasoned International Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously elevate high‑impact technical training programs for RAD teams and our global partner ecosystem. This role combines deep technical mastery with the ability to inspire, mentor, and upskill professionals across diverse international markets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to RAD customers, partners, and internal teams - onsite worldwide and via remote platforms
• Develop structured seminars, technical workshops, and tailored learning paths for different audiences.
• Design and plan training programs aligned with business objectives and product roadmap priorities.
• Create high-quality training assets for RAD’s Learning Management System (LMS), including videos, guides, labs, and assessments.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously refine content based on participant feedback and performance.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts from Product Lines and R&D to co-create advanced technical modules.
• Support the continuous development of technical knowledge within RAD and across our partner ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is mandatory; native-level proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset in this internationally oriented role.
• At least 5 years of proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs for both internal teams and external partners.
• Strong hands-on expertise in hardware and software configuration - fully comfortable working in a lab environment and confident operating via the CLI.
• Ability to introduce fresh, innovative training approaches that inspire strong engagement and generate excitement around RAD’s solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build technical competency that drives higher quality of work, operational efficiency, and sales growth.
• Outstanding presentation skills with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
• Solid technical background in Packet and TDM networking technologies.
• Experience with traditional and modern training methodologies (workshops, simulations, e-learning, coaching, etc.).
• CCNA-level knowledge or certification is an advantage.
