A Bio-pharmacutical company is seeking for a talented Infrastructure & cyber security Manager

Job Description:

• Daily management of system, network, information security, and support teams (approximately 10 employees), including management of team leaders and driving the team toward excellence.
• Setting routines, priorities, and tasks for employees while meeting SLA targets.
• Responsibility for IT and information security infrastructures in an active manufacturing plant, including availability for irregular hours as needed.
• Proactive leadership of ongoing tasks, striving for continuous improvement of services, and implementing new ideas.
• Working within strict pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks while maintaining high standards.
• Defining technological solutions in Israel and the U.S., including collaboration with global interfaces.
• Ongoing work with various suppliers and internal organizational customers.
• Serving as the professional technological authority for solutions and innovation in the company.
• Precise task management, professional documentation, and responding to changing organizational needs.
• Crisis management and handling systemic failures.
• Leading technological projects from initial planning through completion and success.
• Representing the infrastructure domain in audits and inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Software, or related fields – required.
• 7 years of proven management experience in infrastructure and information security in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing teams of employees and managers – required.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of regulations – significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure, multi-task environment.
• Service-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High-level English – required.

Training / Certifications:

• Project management training/certifications, MCSE, Information Security, CCNA.
