Product Manager - AI & PLG Product

We’re looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Product Manager to lead a cross-functional squad and own a core, AI-driven product in a global B2B SaaS environment.

This role is all about building a Product-Led Growth (PLG) product used by thousands of customers worldwide – from shaping vision and strategy, through hands-on execution, to driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business impact.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to turn complex technical challenges into intuitive, scalable solutions that deliver real value to users.

What you’ll do

• Lead a cross-functional squad and own AI-powered initiatives end-to-end: discovery, delivery, launch, and adoption.
• Own the product vision and roadmap for a PLG product, with a strong focus on self-serve experiences, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Translate user needs, data insights, and market trends into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Partner closely with Product Design to create intuitive, trustworthy, and delightful AI experiences.
• Define success metrics and use product analytics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
• Drive experimentation (A/B tests, evaluations, iterations) to improve AI quality, usability, and impact.
• Continuously monitor and improve AI performance (quality, accuracy, latency, reliability, and user trust).
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, marketing, and revenue teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience working on Product-Led Growth (PLG) products, including ownership of activation, adoption, and usage metrics.
• Hands-on experience building and launching AI-powered products (including conversational or chat-based experiences).
• Strong technical understanding of modern SaaS architectures, cloud environments, and development processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional squads in Agile environments from concept to adoption.
• Highly data-driven mindset, with experience defining KPIs and using analytics to measure customer value.
• UX-oriented approach with the ability to simplify complex technical problems into intuitive solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – advantage.
