Responsibilities:

IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely tech support, troubleshoot IT and communication issues, and ensure minimal downtime

System Management: Install and configure systems, printers, and networks, ensuring all software tools function properly.

Vendor & Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers, manage contracts, and oversee IT service agreements.

Communication Infrastructure: Assist with communication room setups and optimize video conferencing systems.

Asset Management & Procurement: Manage the procurement and allocation of IT resources, ensuring timely delivery and installation.

Collaboration: Work with departments to meet tech needs and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• :1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems management, preferably in an enterprise or service-driven environmen, or a related field
• .Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure including networks, servers and system software
• .Experience with communication infrastructure, network management and video conferencing system
• sFamiliarity with platforms such as User, MONDAY and other productivity tools
• .Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly address technical issues
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with vendors and internal teams
• .Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• .Self-motivated, service-oriented, and highly independent
• .Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• .Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – an advantage
