Park Evaluations is seeking a full-time team member based in Israel to support our growing translation services. This role is split approximately 80% hands-on Hebrew-to-English (and English-to-Hebrew) translation work and 20% project management for translations projects.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly reliable, and comfortable working directly with Israeli clients while coordinating internally with Park Evaluations teams.

This role is ideal for translators looking for stability and the opportunity to develop and sharpen their project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

-Translations

• Translate documents from Hebrew to English with high accuracy and natural, professional tone.
• Review and edit translations for quality, consistency, and terminology.
• Follow established style guides and client specific preferences.
• Meet tight turnaround times for urgent requests.

-Project Management

• Manage incoming translation requests from Israeli clients.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for translation-related questions.
• Track project status and ensure deadlines are met.
• Escalate issues or delays proactively and communicate clearly with clients.
• Support quality control across the translations workflow.

Qualifications

• Native or near native English with full professional fluency in Hebrew.
• Based in Israel and familiar with Israeli business culture and timelines.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in translations (Hebrew to English).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple requests at once.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
• Some experience in administrative assistant or project coordination is a plus but not required.
• Experience translating in other language pairs is a plus but not required.
