We’re looking for a skilled and curious Full-stack Developer to help build scalable tools for our global trading platform, with real ownership, fast-paced development, and meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js and React
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to define and deliver new features
• Guide technical decision-making and contribute to system architecture
• Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Write clean, maintainable code and implement automated tests
• Continuously improve development processes and code quality within the team

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React
• Proven experience building Node.js-based microservices
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Experience with Storybook and building reusable component libraries
• Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and clean development practices
• Fluent English – written and verbal

Advantages

• Experience with NestJS for structured backend development
• Familiarity with Next.js (SSR, SEO optimization)
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
• Background in monorepo development environments
• Knowledge of Pub/Sub solutions (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
