Full Stack Developer (AdTech)

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to join a data-driven AdTech environment and take full ownership of internal applications and automation tools. This is a one-person, end-to-end role. You will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining full-stack applications — from backend logic and frontend interfaces to cloud deployment and occasional DevOps work. The role focuses on building automation tools, internal platforms, and data-driven systems that support Ad Operations, Finance, and Sales, with direct impact on performance, efficiency, and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, ownership, and building systems from the ground up. Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of internal applications: architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance Design, build, and continuously improve automation tools that streamline operational and business workflows Develop backend services using TypeScript and Node.js Build frontend applications and dashboards using React Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases Develop APIs and internal services (including tRPC) Deploy and operate applications on cloud services (AWS / GCP / similar) Handle basic DevOps tasks when needed (deployments, environments, monitoring, stability) Build and maintain data workflows and ETL logic Translate business needs into production-ready technical solutions Take features from idea → production → iteration independently

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a hands-on, ownership-heavy role Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React Solid experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Experience designing and consuming APIs (experience with tRPC – strong advantage) Experience deploying applications to cloud environments Willingness and ability to handle light DevOps responsibilities Strong problem-solving skills and independence Comfortable working as a single developer/one-person team Excellent English (written and verbal) Strong Advantage: Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or other performance-driven environments
