We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong UI/UX design skills to build complex, cutting-edge systems. This role combines backend/frontend development with creating beautiful, intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of complex Full Stack systems
• Own system architecture, technology choices, and long-term technical roadmap
• Hands-on development across backend and frontend using Node.js, and React
• Define and maintain design systems, coding standards, and best practices
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications
• Integrate backend services, REST APIs, WebSockets, and external systems
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical leadership, and coaching
• Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and scalability
  
  

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead owning complex systems
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and WebSockets
