NPI & Pricing Manager

Global, multidisciplinary technology company, recognized as a leader in its field and experiencing strong growth, is hiring an NPI & Pricing Manager.

This role is responsible for leading new products from development readiness through successful manufacturing ramp-up, while driving pricing processes and cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth product launches and scalable operations.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, from development readiness through full manufacturing ramp-up.
• Prepare business cases and pricing proposals for approval for products in launch phases.
• Serve as the primary interface between R&D, engineering, operations, and supply chain during product transitions.
• Coordinate the resolution of system, manufacturing, and production issues, ensuring timely decision-making and execution.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts related to manufacturing readiness, quality, and yield.
• Ensure completion, approval, and release of manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards.
• Track KPIs and provide clear, structured status reporting to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial or Process Engineering, or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of relevant experience – must.
• Experience in a technical and/or project management role in a relevant environment – advantage.
• Experience working with hardware and software products – advantage.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with a strong focus on execution efficiency and visibility.
• Excellent English and Hebrew communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and foster strong relationships for effective knowledge sharing and cross-functional influence. Identify when and how to engage each stakeholder in a productive manner. Translate product updates into clear, actionable messaging for sales teams. Translate sales and marketing feedback into actionable insights for product managers.
