Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Build, monitor, and update project schedules (Gantt).
• Control project budgets, contractor payments, variations, and changes.
• Manage contracts and conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate planners, consultants (electricity, plumbing, safety), and contractors.
• Ensure quality standards and site safety compliance.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for management and the client.
• Resolve conflicts between client requirements and on-site constraints.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering - mandatory.
• Registered engineer - mandatory.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with contractor companies or project management / supervision firms – advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Project and SAP (AutoCAD – advantage).
• Strong coordination, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
