Role Description
A key leadership role responsible for managing and leading data preparation activities ahead of a large-scale migration project.
The position includes ownership of data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and readiness, working closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure high data quality and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
The Data Lead will be responsible for Master Data mapping to a new global data model, overseeing data migration processes, supporting testing phases, and accompanying Cutover and Go-Live activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Data / Master Data domains in large organizations
- Strong understanding of business data structures, data usage, permissions, and Data Governance
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with strong preference for SAP (Master Data & data migration)
- Experience in data cleansing, enrichment, mapping, and migration between systems
- High analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve complex data issues
- Fluent English – mandatory
