Role Description

A senior, hands-on role leading the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain in a large financial organization.

The position includes end-to-end responsibility for design, architecture, and implementation of IAM solutions in a hybrid environment, alongside professional leadership of the identity team and hands-on work at Senior/Expert level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and operating Active Directory & IAM in mid-to-large organizations, including at least 2 years in a Senior hands-on role
• 2+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD in hybrid environments, including Conditional Access and MFA
• Deep expertise (5+ years) in Active Directory and Kerberos (Tickets, KDC, SPN, Delegation) across Windows, Linux, and third-party applications
• Proven experience leading an Identity team or acting as a Tech Lead in Infrastructure / Identity
• Strong capability in architecture design, including HLD & LLD, and leading end-to-end Identity, SSO, and Federation solutions
