Role Description

A senior application support role within a banking support center, responsible for end-to-end handling of incidents and service requests in core banking systems.

The position involves close work with internal customers and multiple stakeholders, support of operational banking processes, and ownership of issues through resolution, including work under pressure and extended hours when required.

Ownership of solutions and continuous follow-up on tasks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a banking environment – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of banking operational processes – mandatory
• (Advantage for experience in account opening, AML, digital banking, credit, or credit cards)
• Basic proficiency with Office tools
• Experience with ServiceNow – advantage
• Experience with banking systems and tools such as TSO, CD, DPT, DB2 queries, branch systems – advantage
• Experience with BI and analysis tools (SQL, BO, Kibana, ZLOG) – advantage
