We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to shape how customers experience Clover – from first impression to daily workflows.

This role is for someone who cares about pixel-perfect UI, high quality, and moving fast without cutting corners. You’ll own major parts of the product, work closely with design, and ship features that are both elegant and reliable.

What you’ll do

• Build scalable, production-grade web experiences with a high bar for UX, quality, and performance
• Take features end to end: clarify requirements, design UI and architecture, implement, test, ship, monitor, and iterate
• Drive frontend architecture: component patterns, state management, performance, DX, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend to deliver cohesive experiences and fast iterations
• Raise the bar by improving UI consistency, quality practices, and development velocity

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years building modern SaaS web applications, with deep experience in React and TypeScript
• Strong engineering fundamentals: clean code, scalable UI architecture, and thoughtful tradeoffs
• High standards for pixel-perfect UI, accessibility, and overall user experience
• Ability to move fast in ambiguous environments while maintaining high quality
• Product mindset: you think in outcomes, not just tickets
• Experience with Next.js (a plus)
• Experience with design systems and Storybook (a plus)
• Strong performance and debugging skills-profiling, bundling, rendering, network(a plus)
• Familiarity with testing practices (unit and end-to-end) and CI (a plus)
