A leading industrial projects company in the metal sector is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager.

• Manage complex project sales processes within the industrial sector, from initial characterization to closing.
• Identify and recruit new strategic clients in the industrial market.
• Tailor technical and engineering solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts.

Job Requirements:

• Technical Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management – Significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical B2B sales or industrial project sales – Mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
• Traits: Strong "hunger" for sales, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Communication: Excellent verbal expression, strong negotiation skills, and high professional presentation.
• Organizational Skills: High level of thoroughness, order, and organization.
• License: Valid driver’s license.
• Languages: High-level English – Significant advantage.
