A leading industrial projects company in the metal sector is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager.

Manage complex project sales processes within the industrial sector, from initial characterization to closing.
Identify and recruit new strategic clients in the industrial market.
Tailor technical and engineering solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts.

Job Requirements:

Technical Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management – Significant advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical B2B sales or industrial project sales – Mandatory.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
Traits: Strong "hunger" for sales, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Communication: Excellent verbal expression, strong negotiation skills, and high professional presentation.
Organizational Skills: High level of thoroughness, order, and organization.
License: Valid driver’s license.
Languages: High-level English – Significant advantage.
