Receptionist

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for a talented Receptionist to join us on our mission to simplify decision-making for millions!

What You'll Do

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our People Operations team. This is a fully on-site role at our Tel Aviv office, requiring availability to be in the office at 8:00 AM, five days a week. The position includes approximately eight-hour shifts (morning/evening) scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Office Management & Operations: Full responsibility for the efficient operation of the office, including managing the reception desk, welcoming guests, providing services to employees, managing meeting room calendars, handling mail and deliveries, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace.
• Operations & Employee Experience: Supporting the Employee Experience team with ad-hoc operational tasks related to Happy Hours, company events, team-building days, and employee gifts.
• Supplier & Service Provider Relations: Ongoing collaboration with suppliers and service providers, placing orders, and handling invoices.
• Logistics & Procurement: Responsibility for office supply inventory and ordering all necessary items for smooth office operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in an administrative or operations role – an advantage.
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew (speaking, reading, and writing) – a must.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, ability to multitask, strong verbal communication, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• High service orientation, proactive, ability to work independently and under pressure, and a positive approach.
• Full proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AI tools for administrative and operational efficiency – an advantage.
