SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist

We are looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join a large, technologically advanced organization.

This role involves leading digital projects, building enterprise portals, developing modern business solutions, and optimizing organizational processes using Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise sites and portals in SharePoint Online.
• Plan, design, and implement modern, user‑friendly digital experiences tailored to organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain business applications and solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to defining architecture, site structure, and governance within the SharePoint & Microsoft 365 environment (an advantage).
• Manage permissions, versioning, and workflows.
• Provide user support, training, and ongoing guidance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building modern sites in SharePoint Online – must.
• Hands‑on experience creating enterprise portals – must.
• Strong architectural understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions – significant advantage.
• Practical experience developing business applications using Power Apps – must.
• Experience with Power Automate for process automation and organizational workflows – must.
• Familiarity with InfoPath and ability to maintain existing forms – advantage.
• Strong business analysis skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Independent, proactive, with strong system‑level thinking and excellent communication skills.

Advantages:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Viva, or additional Microsoft 365 products.
• Experience working in large organizations or enterprise environments.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 or Power Platform.
