We are seeking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage the company’s end-to-end procurement operations. This role is responsible for supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, contracts, budget control, and cost optimization, while ensuring quality, availability, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes across the organization
• Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Build and manage the procurement budget, including cost control and savings initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including planning, logistics, R&D, engineering, finance, and sales
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation within procurement operations
• Analyze gaps between planning and execution and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Significant advantage for experience in electronics procurement / electronic components- Must
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations and supplier contract management
• Experience in global procurement – advantage
• Experience working with subcontractors – advantage
• Experience working with ERP systems – advantage for Oracle NetSuite
• High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to lead processes independently in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
• Full-time availability to work from the company’s offices in Petah Tikva (non-hybrid role)
