Infrastructure Manager

Comblack is recruiting an IT Infrastructure Manager !

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for IT infrastructure, matrix management of professional teams (virtualization, operating systems, networking, and databases), and management of server farms and budgets.

The position combines strategic planning, leading BCP/DRP projects, and evaluating new technologies to achieve organizational goals.

What are we looking for?

• At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with proven experience managing technology teams in large organizations
• Experience managing data center operations in high-SLA environments with diverse server hardware
• Expertise in planning and implementing complex infrastructure projects, including high availability and business continuity solutions (BCP/DRP)
• Hands-on experience with virtualization systems, storage and backup solutions, cloud infrastructures, and Microsoft environments (email, monitoring systems)
• Experience managing infrastructure budgets and long-term strategic planning to align technology with organizational needs
