System Analyst

A large, leading organization is looking for a System Analyst for a hybrid role combining systems analysis and ongoing monitoring, investigation, and control of incidents in a critical, large-scale appointment scheduling system used by a wide population.

The role involves close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders in an innovative environment that actively encourages the use of AI tools to improve productivity and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• A hybrid role: ~50% Systems Analysis and ~50% Incident Investigation, Monitoring, and Control
• Writing functional and technical specification documents
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical and functional solutions
• Investigating complex system incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and providing effective, high-quality solutions
• Managing, documenting, and tracking incidents and customer requests through full closure
• Working closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams
• Proactively driving improvements, identifying risks, and streamlining processes

Requirement:

• Academic degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization)
• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis of complex, technical systems
• Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications – mandatory
• Experience working with APIs, services, and multi-system integrations
• Strong ability to work with business stakeholders and understand organizational processes
• High self-learning ability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
