Back End Developer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and play a key role in building our core backend infrastructure.

In this role, you will work with NestJS, TypeScript, and modern microservices architecture, with a strong emphasis on clean code, scalability, and high performance.

You will collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and frontend teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build backend services and APIs using NestJS and TypeScript.
• Apply SOLID principles and best engineering practices to create modular, high-quality systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain microservices architecture with strong focus on scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps, product, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, agents) to improve development speed and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with NestJS and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles and clean architecture patterns.
• Proven experience designing and building microservices in production environments.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, message brokers, API gateways, and async communication.
• Some experience with Angular or general frontend development.
• Familiarity with modern AI development assistants (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, coding agents).
• Solid knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS).
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• Understanding of CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Performance optimization and profiling skills.
• Experience working with design systems and API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).
