Infrastructure Specialist

The role focuses on leading the design, implementation, operation, and optimization of an enterprise-scale Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment.

You will be responsible for system stability, security, user experience, and 24/7 availability, while driving continuous improvement and cost optimization in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of enterprise AVD / DaaS solutions
• Own deployment, operation, and advanced troubleshooting of virtual desktop environments
• Ensure stability, security, performance, and 24/7 availability
• Work closely with cloud, network, security teams, and vendors
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Engineer / Administrator
• Hands-on experience with AVD / Citrix / VMware Horizon
• Strong understanding of Azure architecture and E2E solution design
• Experience with Azure / Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management
• Experience with networking & security (Firewalls, Load Balancing, Zero Trust)
• Strong troubleshooting and performance analysis skills
• Experience working in large environments (1,000+ users)
