Head of Development & DevOps Applications

COMBLACK is recruiting a Head of Development & DevOps Applications !

The role includes managing and leading the development of digital assets (websites and applications), DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation within a banking environment.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing the development of multi-client digital assets (websites and applications) – mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing development teams and parallel development processes – mandatory
• Experience working with digital systems and microservices-based infrastructures – mandatory
• Experience implementing and working with CI/CD tools and processes, including test automation – mandatory
• Experience working with Agile methodology, with familiarity in Waterfall environments
• Experience overseeing acceptance testing (UAT / Acceptance)
• Strong system-level thinking and broad analytical capabilities
• Experience working with end users and vendors
• Proven ability to lead and motivate development teams
• Experience with banking systems – an advantage
