FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Expense Management: Take full ownership of monitoring and controlling Group expenses, specifically across Operational, Technology, and R&D departments.
• BVA Analysis: Lead monthly and quarterly Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analysis. You will investigate variances, challenge overspending, and provide actionable insights.
• Strategic Coordination: Serve as the primary bridge between FP&A and the Payments department to ensure funding schedules align with cash flow planning.
• Process Automation: Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive automation to improve reporting accuracy and speed.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial presentations for the CFO and Board of Directors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy and process simplification.
  
  

• Professional Experience: 2-4 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Education: B.A. in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration from a recognized university.
• Technical Skills:
• Excel: Advanced proficiency (complex modeling, index/match, pivot tables) is essential.
• SQL: Ability to query data independently.
• ERP: Hands-on experience with NetSuite is a significant plus.
• Industry Background: Previous experience in the High-Tech sector is strongly preferred.
• Soft Skills: High level of analytical rigor, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
