A leading consulting firm in Israel is looking for a seasoned, entrepreneurial, and fearless CEO to lead a fast-growing adult online business - an operation combining traffic, monetization, and affiliate marketing across multiple verticals. The company is backed by a strong financial infrastructure, and now looking for the right leader to scale it globally.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the adult operation - from strategy to execution.
• Manage and expand performance-based marketing, media buying, and affiliate programs.
• Build and optimize monetization funnels, conversion flows, and content strategies.
• Lead a growing multidisciplinary team (marketing, product, tech, operations).
• Identify and execute new growth opportunities, partnerships, and traffic sources.
• Ensure compliance, reputation management, and efficient operational workflows.
• Collaborate directly with the founders and executive management of the founding firm.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in adult, affiliate, or online performance marketing industries.
• Deep understanding of traffic, media buying, CPA/CPL/RevShare models, and monetization.
• Hands-on operator with strong business acumen = someone who knows how to build and scale.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Self-starter, hungry, and execution-oriented personality - not afraid of complexity.
• Excellent English and global business understanding.
