IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive IT Infrastructure & Information Security Manager to lead our technological backbone. This is a "Hands-on" leadership position where you will be responsible for managing complex IT systems, ensuring top-tier network stability, and spearheading our information security and regulatory compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• infrastructure Management: Full ownership of servers, networking, and virtualization environments (VMware, Nutanix).
• Information Security: Designing and implementing security policies, managing Firewalls (Fortinet/Sophos), EDR/XDR solutions, and cloud security.
• Regulation & Compliance: Leading the organization through regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, Privacy Protection regulations) and performing risk assessments.
• Cloud & SaaS: Administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Intune for 400+ users across multiple sites.
• Business Continuity: Managing complex backup systems (Veeam) and Disaster Recovery (DR) protocols.
• Support & Operations: Providing Tier 3 technical support for end-users and critical systems.
• Vendor Management: Leading relationships and negotiations with external IT and security service providers.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Infrastructure and Information Security management.
• Virtualization: Expertise in VMware and Nutanix environments.
• Regulation: Solid experience with InfoSec regulations and risk management methodologies.
• User Base: Proven experience managing environments with at least 400 users.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Firewalls (Fortinet), and Storage (NetApp/Qnap).
