PMO IT R&D

A global leading organization is seeking an IT R&D PMO to support and coordinate cross‑functional projects in the clinical R&D and IT domains. The role includes end‑to‑end project coordination, governance implementation, documentation management, and collaboration with global stakeholders in a regulated (GxP) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones.
Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and issues.
Maintain project documentation and monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare status reports and executive‑level materials aligned with governance standards.
Coordinate activities between IT, R&D, business teams, and global vendors.
Support cross‑functional work with BA, QA, architecture, and technical teams.
Contribute to processes in regulated environments (GxP) when applicable.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a PMO or IT Project Manager in global or complex environments.
Experience supporting large‑scale IT/R&D programs.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
High level of English (written and spoken).
