PMO IT R&D

A global leading organization is seeking an IT R&D PMO to support and coordinate cross‑functional projects in the clinical R&D and IT domains. The role includes end‑to‑end project coordination, governance implementation, documentation management, and collaboration with global stakeholders in a regulated (GxP) environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Maintain project documentation and monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare status reports and executive‑level materials aligned with governance standards.
• Coordinate activities between IT, R&D, business teams, and global vendors.
• Support cross‑functional work with BA, QA, architecture, and technical teams.
• Contribute to processes in regulated environments (GxP) when applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a PMO or IT Project Manager in global or complex environments.
• Experience supporting large‑scale IT/R&D programs.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
