Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Implementer (5376)

Do you want to combine technology, data, and advanced marketing?

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Implementer to join a team working on smart customer journeys, data-driven solutions, and large-scale platforms.

What will you do?

• Design and lead end-to-end customer journeys and audience definitions

• Implement journeys, automations, and content in Marketing Cloud

• Build audiences, data models, and integrate data sources in Data Cloud

• Manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, and more)

• Work closely with CRM, ERP, Data, and IT teams

• Perform testing, QA, and quality control before go-live

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud

• Experience in system analysis and business requirements

• Proven experience building complex, multi-channel customer journeys

• Strong knowledge of Email and SMS

• Very high level of English

Significant advantage:

• Experience with WhatsApp / Mobile Apps

• Experience with SQL / HTML / SSJS

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and integrations

• Background in marketing, sales, or customer service

• Strong UX/UI orientation
