Industrial Systems Engineer- Compressors

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compressor Systems Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in remotely monitoring and optimizing customers’ compressor systems, ensuring efficient operation and resolving system issues. You will work closely with a talented, cross-functional team to challenge and improve traditional infrastructure approaches. Responsibilities:

Monitor customer sites and identify issues or optimization opportunities

• Use your compressor systems expertise to provide guidance to:

• L3 Support teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution

• System Engineers on system design

• Customer Success during customer meetings and problem resolution

• Sales during the sales process

• Approve deployments during the installation stage based on actual readings versus theoretical measurements and system design

• Support teams during system installation and validate captured data

• Analyze system requirements and design control strategies to optimize compressor system operation

• Support Customer Success with insights on existing installations, technical calls, kickoff meetings, and presales discussions

Requirements:

• Hands-on (on-site) optimization of compressor systems

• Compressor system design

• Control strategy and master controller implementation

• Conducting compressor system audits, with clear recommendations to optimize system operation and align with demand

• Experience in defining and implementing control strategies in master control and/or compressor system design

• Ability to work collaboratively with global, cross-cultural teams

• Open to learning new and innovative approaches in compressor management

• Strong communication skills and technical problem-solving skills
