What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for hardware, software and algorithm roles
• Work closely with hiring managers on their open positions
• Screen CVs in the recruitment system and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Source the best candidates using social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc
• Take a part in different recruitment projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Social Science or equivalent fields
• At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing
• Fluent English, focus on writing
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Proactive and able to work independently

Advantages:

• Previous experience recruiting for hardware positions
• Familiarity with social media and AI tools for HR
