Embedded Developer

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tel-Aviv. The R.T Embedded developer will join Netline’s Firmware group and will take part on its activities, as:

• Planning, design & developing software for various RF based, embedded products.
• Develop embedded software in C/C++, Python.
• Work with MCU’s, FPGA, peripherals, and RTOS environments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including system-engineering, hardware and QA/Integration engineers, to align product goals and technical roadmaps.
• Work on projects that have hard real time requirements.
• Work closely on all the system’s software levels – from Drivers, Logics up to API’s & Interfaces.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or another relevant scientific degree.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
• Experience working with common MCU’s.
• Experience working with RTOS (As EmbOS, VxWorks, Free-RTOS... ).
• Hands-on experience with communication protocols and lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyser).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.

Advantages (Nice to Have)

• Background in RF, DSP, control systems, sensors or Networking.
• Experience with development in/with FPGA.
• Experience with Development on platforms as Arduino / Raspberry Pi...
• Understanding of Linux internals, kernel development, and cross-compilation.
