System Administrator

NESS is looking for a System Administrator.

The role involves joining the System team and taking responsibility for the organization’s server infrastructure, including deployment and ongoing maintenance in a virtualized environment. The position offers work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment.

Full-time position, in Ashdod.

Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in an Enterprise environment – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments, including operation and maintenance (Active Directory, GPO, Windows Servers 2019/2022 and above, DNS, DHCP) – mandatory.
• Extensive experience in deployment and maintenance of virtualization environments (VMware) – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and architectures – mandatory.
• Experience in scripting and automation, including PowerShell – mandatory.

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) – an advantage.
• Experience managing backup systems – an advantage.
• Familiarity with BCP solutions in On-Prem and Cloud environments – an advantage.
• Familiarity with Linux environments – an advantage.
• Experience with physical servers and local storage systems (Dell / NetApp) – an advantage.
