Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Operations & Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the "boots on the ground" for our local infrastructure, managing everything from physical inventory to employee onboarding. You will work closely with our US-based IT Manager to ensure seamless technical operations across our global offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware, including ordering laptops and peripherals, tracking stock levels, and managing technical equipment.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle the end-to-end IT process for new hires and departing employees, ensuring laptops are prepared, accounts are set, and hardware is recovered.
- Global Support: Lead the setup and remote onboarding for our team members in Poland via Zoom, ensuring they have everything they need to start successfully.
- Infrastructure & Networking: Manage the local networking room and serve as the primary point of contact for local ISPs (Bezeq & Cellcom) to ensure maximum uptime.
- Video Conferencing: Maintain and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms and conferencing hardware to support a hybrid work environment.
- Helpdesk Support: Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for local employees.
Requirements & Schedule
- Shift: This is a part-time role. Availability is required Monday–Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Communication: Strong English skills are essential for daily collaboration with the IT Manager in the US.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with macOS/Windows deployment, Zoom administration, and basic networking.
- Attributes: Highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of working independently while staying aligned with a global team.
