We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own, scale, and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem across the business.
Key Responsibilities :
• Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design and maintain advanced automations, objects, fields, and workflows
• Own system architecture, best practices, and overall Salesforce performance
• Manage users, permissions, security, and release processes
• Build and maintain integrations with tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Outreach
• Lead data flows and integrations using Workato and APIs
• Run testing, QA, and troubleshooting for all changes and issues
• Create and maintain system documentation and process maps
+4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Systems Administrator, managing an enterprise-level Salesforce instance.
Expert proficiency in building complex automation using Salesforce Flow.
Proven, hands-on experience with the Workato integration platform, or similar iPaaS tools, to connect Salesforce with other applications.
Proficiency in configuring the Salesforce platform, including declarative tools and the data model.
Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC sufficient for troubleshooting, performing minor modifications, and collaborating effectively with developers.
Demonstrated success in integrating Salesforce with sales, marketing, and communication platforms like Outreach, Hubspot, and Slack.
Strong understanding of data security, data modeling, and governance.
