Role Description

We’re seeking a Senior Software Developer who can own features end-to-end, contribute to technical decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll write high-quality code, help improve system design, and support the growth of other engineers.

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade software features
• Own features from technical design through deployment and monitoring
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to refine requirements
• Identify and fix performance, reliability, and scalability issues
• Contribute to improving engineering processes and best practices
• Support and mentor junior developers when needed

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend or frontend language
• (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, etc.)
• Experience building APIs and working with modern frameworks
• Solid understanding of software design principles and system architecture
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment workflows
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical ideas clearly
