Full-Stack Engineer – Operational Applications

We are building a small, elite engineering team operating at the intersection of UAVs, electro-optical systems, autonomy, and advanced sensing technologies.

The team operates as part of a global technology group active in the fields of unmanned systems and electro-optics, with proven capabilities spanning system development, integration, testing, and deployment in real-world environments.

This setting enables engineers to work on complex, end-to-end systems that must perform reliably under demanding field conditions.

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to design and develop ground control stations (GCS) and operational applications that control, monitor, and analyze UAV and sensor-based systems.

Responsibilities

● Design and develop ground control station (GCS) applications for UAV and sensor systems

● Develop end-to-end applications, including frontend, backend, and data pipelines

● Implement mission control, telemetry handling, and real-time video display

● Integrate applications with UAVs, sensors, and backend services

● Support communication layers, including IP-based and RF / cellular links

● Work closely with system, embedded, and algorithm engineers

● Support system testing and field validation activities

Requirements

● 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development

● Experience developing desktop or cross-platform applications (Windows / Linux / Android)

● Strong backend development skills and understanding of system architectures

● Experience with networking, real-time data, and streaming systems

● Ability to design pragmatic, operator-focused user interfaces

● Broad system understanding and ability to work closely with hardware-centric teams

Nice to Have

● Experience developing control or monitoring applications for hardware systems

● Familiarity with UAV, robotics, or sensor-based systems

● Experience with MAVLink protocol

● Experience working in operational, field-oriented environments
