Head of Supply Chain Management

A leading global technology company is seeking a Head of Supply Chain for a strategic and highly impactful leadership role.

The position holds end-to-end responsibility for procurement, planning, and logistics operations across Israel and international sites, within a complex, engineering-driven, project-based environment.

This role involves defining and executing the supply chain strategy, managing large-scale global operations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, schedules, quality, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, planning, and control.
• Full responsibility for annual procurement volumes of approximately $400M, working with global suppliers and subcontractors.
• Define and implement supply chain policies, planning methodologies, material flow, and procurement processes aligned with production and project needs.
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain performance (OTD, inventory, cost, and end-to-end operational efficiency), including risk management and innovation.
• Manage and oversee an additional manufacturing site abroad (electronic boards production) and ensure operational synchronization between sites.
• Work closely with global suppliers in a complex, multidisciplinary, project-oriented engineering environment.
• Lead and develop senior managers and large teams across multiple geographies.
• Report directly to the Plant Manager.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering – mandatory; MBA – an advantage.
• 10+ years of senior-level experience managing supply chain operations in a complex global industrial or technology organization.
• Proven experience in large-scale procurement and major commercial engagements, including negotiations with global suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong background working in project-based environments, in close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, production planning, and logistics.
• Broad business and systems perspective, including solid financial understanding (costs, inventory, and cash flow).
• Strong leadership, influence, and change-management capabilities.
• Proactive mindset, high service orientation, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Advantage for experience in NPI environments, electronics, or precision mechanics.
