In this role, you will be responsible for the design, integration, and implementation of advanced C4I solutions within complex, multidisciplinary projects. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and international clients to meet both operational and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define system architecture and translate operational needs into technical requirements.
- Develop System Requirement Documents (SRD) and detailed design specifications.
- Coordinate between software, hardware, communications, and platform teams.
- Present system solutions and participate in project reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, FAT, SAT).
- Work within an Agile environment, including defining work plans, managing the backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Perform validation and verification scenarios to optimize system performance.
- Lead deployment and integration of projects at customer sites abroad.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Systems Engineering – an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of experience with multidisciplinary systems (defense industry experience – an advantage).
- Experience in communication systems and protocols.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- High-level English proficiency and willingness to travel abroad.
