Lead Architect / Architectural Team Lead

A leading boutique architecture firm, with a strong reputation and large-scale projects, is seeking a Lead Architect for a key role that includes leading complex projects, managing teams, and working across multiple interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing complex architectural projects across all stages, including planning, permitting, tender, and execution
• Very high-level design capabilities using Revit
• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional management and mentorship of architectural teams, including both senior and junior architects
• Task allocation, professional quality control, design guidance, and meeting project schedules
• Ongoing collaboration with two senior team leads and additional planning and consulting stakeholders
• System-level thinking and overall responsibility for design quality and alignment with the project program
• Ability to work under pressure and high workloads while maintaining a high professional standard and excellent working relationships

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect – mandatory
• At least 5 years of professional architectural experience, including proven team management experience
• Very high proficiency in Revit
• Excellent English skills
• Proven experience working on multi-stage projects, including permitting, tender, and execution
• Experience managing architects and leading professional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong system-level perspective and managerial thinking
