Job Title: VP Product Strategy & Innovation

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior product and strategy leader to own the evolution of our platform and drive the integration of next-generation AI capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of product management, market strategy, and innovation.

As the VP Product Strategy & Innovation, you will shape the product vision, lead the roadmap, and define how AI transforms our offering from traditional management to intelligent automation. You will act as a key figure in the market—representing us with analysts (Gartner, IDC), strategic customers, and investors—while working closely with R&D to turn that vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Strategy

• Own the Vision: Define and execute a cohesive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business goals and investor targets.
• Market-Driven Execution: Translate market trends, customer pains, and competitive analysis into a differentiated product roadmap.
• Orchestration: Lead the Product Management function, ensuring tight alignment between the "What" (Product) and the "How" (R&D), as well as enabling Sales and Marketing with clear value propositions.
  
  

• Define the "AI Edge": Identify high-value use cases for AI and AI Agents within the data center environment (e.g., optimization, predictive maintenance, automated workflows).
• Drive Innovation: Lead the conceptual definition of new AI modules and oversee their transition from "innovation concepts" to core product features.
• Collaborate on Execution: Partner with the R&D to guide the functional requirements of AI development.
• Adoption: Ensure AI features are built with a focus on user trust, adoption, and practical business value.
  
  

• The "Face" of the Product: Represent the company in industry events, panels, and interviews, establishing us as a thought leader in the UIIM (Universal Intelligent Infrastructure Management) space.
• Analyst Relations: Manage relationships with key industry analysts, ensuring our vision is understood and validated in market reports.
• Strategic Content: Create and review high-impact content (white papers, strategic presentations) that articulates our technological advantage.
• Due Diligence Support: Lead the product and strategic aspects of due diligence processes with investors and partners.
  
  

• Strategic Presales: Engage directly with Tier-1 customers to validate their needs and support complex sales cycles with product storytelling.
• Voice of Customer: Establish feedback loops to ensure our innovation solves real-world problems.
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Innovation leadership roles.
• B2B Enterprise Background: Deep experience with complex B2B software, preferably in Infrastructure, Operations Management, Cloud, or IoT platforms.
• Strategic Communicator: Proven ability to present to Boards, C-level executives, and top-tier Industry Analysts. Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value.
• AI/ML Product Experience: Experience defining or managing products that leverage AI, Machine Learning, or Automation.
• Leadership: Experience building or mentoring product teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
  
  

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Data Center ecosystem (DCIM), Building Management Systems (BMS), or IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Technical Background: Engineering or architecture experience is a plus.
• Hands-on AI Experience: Launching AI agents or LLM-based features from concept to production.
