Job Description: A technology company is seeking an experienced QA Team Leader to lead a team of 3-4 testers, with approximately 70% hands-on involvement. The role includes manual client/server testing for software systems, working in a complex web environment, reading logs, isolating issues, and ongoing collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in QA team management
Experience in manual testing of complex web systems that involve both client and server
Experience in database testing: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Practical experience with software installation and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
Experience in log analysis and working with tools such as Elasticsearch
Experience in testing REST APIs
Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger, JMeter
Experience working with JIRA / XRAY or similar tools
Strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team
