Quality Assurance Lead

Job Description: A technology company is seeking an experienced QA Team Leader to lead a team of 3-4 testers, with approximately 70% hands-on involvement. The role includes manual client/server testing for software systems, working in a complex web environment, reading logs, isolating issues, and ongoing collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in QA team management
• Experience in manual testing of complex web systems that involve both client and server
• Experience in database testing: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Practical experience with software installation and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in log analysis and working with tools such as Elasticsearch
• Experience in testing REST APIs
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger, JMeter
• Experience working with JIRA / XRAY or similar tools
• Strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team
