Marketing Manager

About the role

eSIMo is growing fast, and this is an exciting time to join us. We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead acquisition and support growth across multiple marketing touchpoints for our global B2C product.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale user acquisition across paid and organic channels
• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns
• Run continuous A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels
• Build and optimize landing pages and website performance
• Monitor KPIs and budgets (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and turn insights into action
• Work closely with designers on creatives and landing pages
• Understand user pain points and eSIMo’s key differentiators in the eSIM market
• Bring a creative, flexible approach to media and copy
• Manage the eSIMo website
• Collaborate with Product and App teams on funnels and user journeys

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on B2C marketing experience
• Proven experience in acquisition / performance marketing
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and funnel optimization
• Versatile marketer who can move between strategy, execution, and creativity
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
• Bonus: Examples of hands-on work (landing pages, ads, or campaigns you’ve personally worked on) are highly encouraged.
