We're looking for a data-driven, hands-on Growth Manager to own and scale our acquisition and conversion engine end-to-end. This is a full-stack growth role for someone who thrives at the intersection of paid marketing, conversion rate optimization, experimentation, inbound growth, and AI-powered execution. You will be responsible for building and optimizing scalable growth programs across channels, running structured A/B tests, improving funnel conversion performance, and driving predictable pipeline impact through both outbound and inbound initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and iterate fast.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale multi-channel acquisition efforts across paid platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and pipeline impact
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, onboarding flows, pricing journeys, and key funnel touch points
- Design and execute a rigorous experimentation roadmap, running high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests across ads, website, and product funnels
- Drive inbound and lifecycle growth through initiatives such as SEO, webinars, partner/referral programs, and content-led campaigns
- Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate creative iteration, funnel analysis, automation, reporting, and experiment ideation
- 4+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Proven track record in CRO and conversion-focused funnel optimization
- Strong hands-on experience running structured growth experiments and A/B testing programs
- Deep analytical mindset with experience using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker
- Ability to own growth initiatives end-to-end with high autonomy and execution speed
- Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with inbound growth channels such as SEO, webinars, and referral loops
- Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation tools
- Basic SQL or advanced analytics capabilities
