Operations Project Manager

A leading and well-established real estate organization is seeking an Operations Project Manager for a major, highly complex mixed‑use project in Tel Aviv.

This is a key role involving ongoing operational management, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and leadership of engineering and building systems processes in a newly developed, iconic building.

The Operations Project Manager will oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems, lead the integration of new systems during the construction and commissioning phases, and serve as the main interface between all internal and external professional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Full operational responsibility for all building systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, control and automation systems, and more.
• Coordination with the general contractor and supervision teams, including integration of new systems with existing campus operations.
• Supporting system commissioning and ongoing operational planning.
• Leading large-scale operational projects in a mixed‑use environment (offices, retail, residential, hospitality, parking).
• Preparing operational reports and providing professional support to the site’s management teams.
• Managing office handover processes to tenants.
• Later stages: managing annual preventive maintenance plans, budget planning, procurement, and supplier management.
• Later stages: coordinating tenant work, tracking maintenance budgets, and managing a full maintenance team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations/maintenance management of large facilities or complex projects - mandatory.
• Strong technical operational background in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, and additional engineering systems.
• Experience working in high-rise buildings, new construction, or mixed‑use complexes -significant advantage.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and working with control systems (BMS).
• Electrical Engineer / Practical Engineer license - advantage.
• Proven experience managing and leading operations/maintenance teams.
• Relevant technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Systems, or similar.
