Growth Manager

We’re a fast-growing international portfolio of beauty brands, built to create products people genuinely love and use every day.

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to execute, optimize, and scale our acquisition and conversion engine across our eCommerce brands.

This is not a junior role and not a pure media buyer position

You’ll be an operator — someone who can take a growth strategy and turn it into daily execution, with a strong creative-strategist mindset.

You’ll work closely with the team to ship growth initiatives quickly and keep the engine running efficiently.

In this role, you will:

• Execute and optimize paid acquisition across Meta and other performance channels
• Own creative testing frameworks and collaborate with creative teams to ship high-performing ads
• Build and execute A/B testing roadmaps across landing pages, PDPs, and checkout
• Optimize conversion rates, reduce CAC, and improve first-purchase efficiency
• Run growth experiments across paid and owned channels, leveraging AI tools for rapid testing and automation
• Analyze performance and cohort-level data and translate insights into action
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Retention, and other cross-functional teams
• Support and coordinate external partners when relevant
• Assist with influencer and creator relationships by supporting communication, coordinating deliverables, and helping integrate influencer content into paid and lifecycle marketing initiatives

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2-4 of experience in eCommerce growth or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience executing paid media (especially Meta)
• Strong understanding of CRO, funnels, and ecommerce experimentation
• Creative-strategist mindset — you understand why ads work
• Proven ability to analyze noisy data and turn it into clear action
• Ownership mindset — you take responsibility proactively and push things forward
• Thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment
• Fluent in English
