Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team and take part in the development of precision mechanical systems for automated medical devices. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong fundamentals, hands-on curiosity, and a desire to grow while working on real, production-grade products with meaningful human impact.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop precision mechanical assemblies, mechanisms, and motion systems for automated medical devices intended for mass production.
• Improve and optimize existing mechanical designs to enhance performance, accuracy, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Participate in experiments, functional testing, and troubleshooting during system integration and validation phases.
• Support the transition from development to manufacturing, including design reviews and production readiness.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing suppliers throughout the development and part production process.
• Work closely with mechanical, control, electrical, and software engineers in a multidisciplinary environment.

What You Bring:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering — mandatory
• 0–3 years of experience in mechanical design and development (including internships or academic projects)
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods such as machining, sheet metal bending, and 3D printing
• Proficiency in SolidWorks — mandatory
• Hands-on problem-solving skills and a practical engineering mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with motion systems, actuators, bearings, and precision mechanisms
• Experience designing for mass production and assembly (DFM/DFA).
• Exposure to medical devices or work in regulated environments
• Experience working with suppliers or subcontractors.
• Basic understanding of control systems or electromechanical integration
